The stone, the finish,
then the kuhleh.
In Jordan and Palestine, stone is named after the town it is quarried in. Pick a type, a finish and a joint color to see the stone on its own, a wall built from it and a whole facade in it, with prices per square meter and per linear meter.

Ma’an
Musamsam (Stugged) · Fine-chiselled (Stugged) · Gray cement
The wall and facade are rendered previews built from the stone photo and the chosen kuhleh, to approximate the look rather than reproduce it exactly. Illustrative image of color and finish. To see the real stone, request a sample.
01Stone
02Finish
Short, fine, parallel chisel strokes in rows like sesame seeds, by hand or by machine (stugged). The classic Amman and Jerusalem facade finish.
03Kuhleh (joint)
Kuhleh is the mortar pointing between the stones. Its color changes the whole facade: gray is traditional and quiet, white lifts the stone, charcoal draws the courses, and stone-matched hides the joints.
